Nordic AI Partnership
Advancing AI research, strengthening education, and driving innovation across the Nordic Region by promoting knowledge exchange, coordinated collaboration, and strategic coherence
AI Research, education, and innovation
The Nordic AI Partnership is a collaboration between the Danish Pioneer Centre for Artificial Intelligence (P1), the Finnish Center for Artificial Intelligence (FCAI), the Icelandic Center for Analysis and Design of Intelligent Agents (CADIA), the Norwegian Artificial Intelligence Research Consortium (NORA), and the Swedish Wallenberg AI, Autonomous Systems and Software Program (WASP).
Together, we aim to leverage the unique Nordic advantages as a competitive edge in the global AI landscape by building on our shared values and complementary strengths in the Nordic region.
NOrdic ai meet
The Nordic AI Meet conference functions as an important annual gathering designed to support early career researchers in artificial intelligence. It provides a focused environment where PhD students, postdoctoral fellows and early-stage researchers can discover emerging ideas, methodologies and theoretical frameworks whilst building professional networks necessary for developing knowledge-based AI applications.
Nordic Machine Intelligence Journal
Nordic Machine Intelligence (NMI) is a peer-reviewed, diamond open-access journal that publishes a broad range of scholarly work in artificial intelligence (AI). While NMI's primary goal is to disseminate high-quality research, and thus welcomes contributions from researchers worldwide, a secondary objective is to serve as a central forum for Nordic research communities, emphasizing themes of particular relevance to AI within the Nordic context. Beyond research articles, NMI aspires to feature a diverse array of discussion and opinion pieces that address Nordic opportunities and challenges in AI research.
